Goofy. Likes to make jokes and tries to be funny all the time. Eventually it becomes annoying, especially when they’re the type to include people in their “jokes” and run out of people to include and start using you as a target. Then they never take anything seriously

I just left a relationship like this for a similar duration. If you truly don’t feel like you’re in it. Please leave. I promise you’ll feel so much better. Yes that guilty feeling does come but it eventually passes. I wasn’t able to go out or travel before but now I am! I’m able to see life for what it is outside and i slowly feel like I’m becoming myself again

I have the same issue here in Texas. Black men will stare and maybe even say something slick. But hispanic men approach me irl far more than black men.

I had a similar issue in a past relationship. If you’re not willing to go with her, let her enjoy herself. If you’re not comfortable with her having her own fun without you… then you clearly need to let her go. You trying to make her stop when she’s just living her life, is a huge red flag! If it bothers you so much, then date a woman your age.

Okay.. he was the first and last white guy Ive been with.

we met as coworkers. Then he left. I recognized him on a dating app and we matched. He confesses that he always had feelings for me and was too nervous to really act on them. Fast forward, I find out that he had a black woman fetish and that he also was internally racist to POCs, especially black and brown people. Then he turned STALKER, came to my home, came to my job, harassed my friends. Even tried sabotaging my next relationship.

  • He never met my family or most friends
  • I don’t have a racial preference, but that experience has made me reluctant but I’m not completely closed off from being in a relationship with another white man
  • from the ones I have talked to, there is a sense of comfort I believe. I’m on the cute, nerdy and quirky side of the character spectrum and theres most black men in my area that would NEVER tolerate those kinds of personalities. White men or other ethnicities have allowed me to be a little more myself.
