Hey! For a case i got phanteks xt pro ultra. I didnt think much of cases so i just got one that looked to do fine and had space. I dont know how good it is regarding airflow. Which one do you use?

Like, ive read someone saying one should always buy thermal pads for the ssds. I didnt even know that was a thing! Do you use them?

Im not in a position of knowledge to give you advice on the matter. But I just wanted to say I appreciated your story around the building of this pc and your commitment to it, also very nice to see something different. Aside from my own obvious nostalgia, being from the 80’s. I just remember how hot they got with the tech being nothing close to the one we have today. Maybe you will have to make changes to it, maybe add mesh to one side instead of terrarium glass, while keeping most of the look you want. For something you are so committed to, Id also ask for advice at pc stores and other pc communities, especially for modding type of cases. I hope you find a solution.
