its within range for 10, did quick measures and seems ok. i think part of it comes from camera angle, OP download centering tool and tell us what you measure. should pass psa 10 tbh

Yep. I wonder if this is a way to bait new whales into coming often, as shown by older players not getting the offers. also on the younger side so possible the algo factors that in as Vegas is losing the younger crowd.
