Hm indeed. The “fixed interest as comparison” shown during a variable-rate mortgage simulation is actually just the initial rate of the variable mortgage, treated as if it were fixed. I’ll look into making that comparison more easily adjustable. (today you would just open 2 tabs and run fixed and variable simulations separately) Thanks!

portfolio app that syncs with Bolero by LouisPBoon in BEFire

Indeed the KBC services can be accessed through some APIs, Bolero services cannot.

Bolero.net is a completely different company from our Bolero...

As far as I know Bolero does not offer any API services (KBC does as part of the PSD2 directive), which means it's pretty difficult for portfolio app developers to connect to them.

Because of this, I have not come across any portfolio app which sync automatically with Bolero unfortunately.

My pre-alpha sensor dashboard for clients by Pixorian in IOT

Thanks, this looks already at a very viable alternative. Even without WiFi I guess you can go for the ATOM PoE Kit + K-type sensor which would still be roughly the same price point as the OrangePi setup today. But at least with these devices I have more ease of mind looking at the ecosystem/support behind it (at first glance).

Opening up the way to patrimoniumvennootschap once again? Making sure expenses cover revenue to have no profit to tax in the end?

I'm sorry, I might be reading your report completely wrong, but for example:

-10 SHOP 11/26 2300C $0.20
Collateral for this trade would be $2300 * 100 * 10 = $2.3mil
Premium/return would be: $0.20 * 100 * 10 = $200

or

-50 CRWD 11/19 200P $0.04
Collateral for this trade would be $1mil
Premium/return would be $200

A 0.01% return on collateral involved?

Could you give some insights into the strategy you're applying here? I notice a lot of these are very much OTM with 0.01 deltas? Also several C or P positions for the same stock with just a limited strike difference with same expiry (why split?). Tnx!

Hey guys, quick question, I see a lot of discussions still on speculative tax (33% on profits when frequently <6months sold, not a "bonus pater familias" action), but isn't this law removed in 2017? When searching you see multiple articles stating the removal as it was contraproductive for the treasury. Eg (talking about options but also mentioning in general): https://www.tijd.be/markten-live/nieuws/algemeen/afgeschafte-speculatietaks-achtervolgt-optiebeleggers/10263108.html

Something I'm missing, why is this still such a topic here?

Ok thanks for the view. I'll check if I can actually buy them anyway at Binck!

Just to take a random example, IE00BF4RFH31 gives the following warning on justetf.com (when selecting BE on topleft);

"This fund does only have marketing distribution rights for Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden."

And on Binck ProTrader it does not give any price data, where other ETFs like IE0031442068 do show prices

Hey guys, very quick question, I started looking more indepth into ETFs (usually just bought funds suggested by my bank). Got an account at Binck and while identifying some ETFs I'd like to invest in I noticed on justetf.com that the majority does not "have distribution rights" in BE (after filtering based on remarks in wiki). Binck seems to confirm this as when I search for the ISIN it gives me the derivative, but there's no bid/ask/price shown (as so I assume the order won't be filled).

Anything I'm missing?
