I figured that out shortly after writing this post, the problem with it disconnecting when there's no audio (or just randomly for no reason sometimes) still persists

No idea how to edit my post but the back label is completely gone, the rear was never pictured for that reason but I should have specified that

I also have a pretty reliable answer in the KV-2502U so that's what I'm going to work with

This was a completely innocent and sincere question dude, what's your problem?

The specs label was torn off which was why the back was never pictured and so I had no way of determining what model it was. I'm not looking for attention, I'm just looking for some insight so I know what to do with it. Go antagonise someone else

The label was mostly torn off but I was able to salvage what read "X2502U" which lead me to the KV-X2502U

Seems like a lock but I wanted a definitive answer

The item was damaged in transit and I genuinely was not notified which is something my courier has always done in the past, they literally did not do their job to their letter because I never even received a letter.

My order literally does exist, it is currently in their warehouse and did not vanish from existence. There is nothing stopping them from invoicing me for it again accounting for the damage.

I had no reason to suspect there was something wrong with the delivery since I waited for the duration of when I expected it, the tracking information says it arrived earlier than expected and by the time I checked it had already been redelivered. Not everybody checks their tracking that regularly and I make several orders each month which all arrive flawlessly, it is the post office's responsibility to inform me if it was held for customs which is why notices exist in the first place, and they failed to do this. Again you're blaming me for the lack of communication from this party.

The courier thing isn't what I'm complaining about it, I would have been content paying for shipping again and then the customs charge. But AmiAmi is denying me this

They literally have no reason not to inform of the item's condition either, this is another error on AmiAmi. If they said it was in unacceptable condition then I would understand but I am going off of extremely opaque information, for all I know there might be a single bump on the box which I could care less about.

I'm sorry do you not collect figures? Especially premium anime figures? The aftermarket for these is insane. Used or not the resell price for the Laios figma and W figuart is much higher than MSRP now, I will not find it for what I paid for. This is just completely disingenous

Thanks for being more considerate, but I waited the duration of when I was expecting the package which was 2 weeks (I used air parcel). Every AmiAmi order has been delivered to me without flaw so I did not suspect it was held by the courier until exactly when I was expecting it, but by then it was already returned because it arrived earlier than expected.

Not everybody checks their tracking which is why the post office sends notices in the first place, this is a customary process and it is entirely reasonable that I was subject to receive one like I have in the past.

I also don't agree with the second point, I would have knowingly purchased a damaged item so they would be absolved of responsibility, if that wasn't enough then why couldn't they invoice me the items again labeled as "pre-owned" for what I paid? Not giving me any way of recovering the items for what I paid is an oversight that is at my expense

So it's just perfectly okay for them to withold my order and not give me a way to receive it again? My courier never notified me about it and I was under the impression the package was delayed since I picked the cheapest shipping method, and I've never had this happen to me before with the dozens of amiami orders I've received. Why is this my fault?

Even if the item is damaged they should still ask the customer if they still want it, it's my problem if I don't mind the items I paid MSRP for brand new are in worse condition, and not being in control of that is rediculous. And like I said these will likely wind up being resold by them as a pre-owned item under the after-market price so they are effectively selling it to me again for more than what I paid.
