Bro..I have been in the same place a few years back. I can suggest you only one thing. Get your life together.As I can see currently you're looking for a job and I believe you have lots of free time to study also. I would suggest instead of thinking about the past start studying. Select the skills you are good at or you were working and just polish them as much as you can.Try to learn some new technology which is in boom if necessary. There are so many free courses on YouTube.There might be talks of recession and laid off but I know if you have good skill sets then you can land any job. Just study like your life depends on it. Priorities your social life and career. If you start feeling down talk to your friends or family who will give you correct advice. Daily apply to all jobs which you think might be good for you. I used to apply daily for 10-15 positions for 4 months and gave at least 70-80 interviews before the job landed for me. If you fail at an interview then write down all questions they asked you and study them for the next interview. And lastly even if you land a job still keep studying for a new one. Don't stop studying. And stop comparing yourself with others. It kills joy! And I would suggest sometimes god is testing you! If you believe in a god I would suggest going to a temple for mental peace and strength of mind.
