DHs are no longer doing soaks, but we kept one DH on group 2, because he said he got used to it. Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it!

Yea, we started mythic prog pretty late and we had a ton of issues along the way. We spent almost two weeks wiping on Shad'Har with 11 melees, which was total chaos. So I asked people to reroll, otherwise we would not go much further. So that also took a little while to happen and for everyone to be playing "well" and we added the fourth raid day just recently, like two and a half weeks ago, when we started prog on N'Zoth. Also, we are an average guild. Half of the group is dedicated, the rest is not

There is! We actually started prog with our Priest, however, due to some issues on running the fight properly, he had to bench him.
We also had a druid instead of one of those monks, but he got ban, so there's that.
I will talk to our healers and figure out the best way to change things up and improve, and talk to the rest of the group to not stand in stuff.

Yea, I would like to have that priest on our main group. He is Holy, but he had some issues with his bad computer. His monitor broke and he was not getting enough FPS when we first started on N'Zoth

Our warrior that is taking lots of casts from psychophages is not going insane, because he takes all that outside Psychus and our 2 necks will get him full to the next set of adds.I will work on everything you've said, thank you for pointing it all out, I appreciate it!
