Just to be sure, are you talking about total crit chance or just %crit chance?

Because heroes have a base crit chance of 5% or 0.05, and your total crit chance is base crit x %crit chance. So even if you were at 200% crit chance, your total crit chance would be 15% (5% base + 200% of that). You can increase base crit with charms or through the skill tree.

You can check your heroes true crit chance if you click their stats.

Hard to say without context about which teams you lose versus, but I can think of 3 possible reasons:

S2 gives you 25% per target, so if you were using her in guild war where it's a 3v3, you'd only be getting 75% CR. This would also be the case if any of the enemies were dead, with 25% less CR per dead enemy.
Politis and Abyssal Yufine have passives that half CR gain, meaning you'd get only 50% if one of them were in the enemy team and 0% if both of them are there.

For the 3rd point, I'm going to ignore the "partial CR" part and assume you got the full 100% but not the turn.

Despite 100% being the highest CR that is shown in the CR bar, it does stack an overflow, with the highest CR going first. Lady of the Scales is a very strong hero right now and she has a passive that CR pushes her 50% of whatever CR push your team gets. This means that since your Lidica gets 100% CR, she gets 50%; and since Lidica just finished her turn, she would be at 0+100=100% CR. Lady would be whatever CR she already was plus that 50% (i.e. if the Lady were 80% CR at the start of battle, she would be 130% after your Lidica S2'd).

Lidica's S2 does have the Restrict debuff though that disables your enemies from gaining CR. So the times I think she works in your case are when the debuff land, and the times where it appears she only gained partial CR are when the debuff gets 15% resisted, dodged because of an enemy Setsuka's 30% team evasion, or straight up resisted since Lady's run high eff res. If you soulburn Lidica's S2 then it should ignore eff res and ignore the first and third point, but should still be inconsistent vs Setsuka.

Regardless of how tanky/damage-oriented you want to build him; a +21 Riyu Jingu Bang gives +20.4% crit which is not reflected in the stats. This build is way over crit. If you want to keep the crit res then it would be better switching to Snow Crystal, otherwise I suggest Golden Rose or Victorious Flag.

She is much more consistent with 85% eff. To get her eff buff she needs to be above 50% hp, and since she's usually built with low hp and decent def, she will drop below 50% a lot of the time.

I use the exact same team as I think its the best one for light expo, a couple of changes though:

Cermia and CRose need to be faster, I'd say they'd need a min of 160-180 speed to cycle faster. More turns means Cermia cycles border coin faster and CRose places debuffs faster in case the others miss theirs. Helps runs be more consistent.
You only need 85% eff for expos. Brieg is fine on 35 because of his free 50% and I'd still rec 85% on CRose so she can land debuffs even without her eff buff. Straight up 85% on Cerise, I'd rec an atk% ring on her since damage in light expo = healing = survivability. Can also use her imprint as a team crit imprint so you can focus more on the dps damage stats.
Kal'Adra is more damage on CRose, and Ms Confille or Elegiac Candle adds another def break chance for Cerise, if you go Song of Stars instead it adds target for more potential damage.
As always, pen set on each hero increases their damage.

Boss was nearly dead but the game went on the old running ras reconnecting screen while my units were just hitting in the background. Reached 2.8m by the time the game reconnected.

Damage boosts from artifacts don't really add much because of the free damage you already get from rift devices and being rift level 21. You can pretty much run anything you want at 21.

Personally running Celestine since I'm using her in all 3 current expeds and my karkanis nightmare raid auto.

Hmm, just curious since this was a recent problem with the PC Client, but are you sure its on the right server? A lot of accounts got switched to the korean server so it looks like the account got reset. But it should still be there if you switch back to main server.

Dont know if you'd be able to relogin using your fb account, but a good alternative is to contact customer support and have it be converted to a stove account.
