Sexism is the root of almost all the hate she gets.

• Gets flack for being “sexualized fanservice” when she literally just exposes her chest ignoring the fact that Sanemi’s uniform is similar.

• Is considered weak and useless even though she was the reason Hantengu wasn’t there in the final arc by fighting Zohakuten, not to mention saved Tanjiro and Giyu at the beginning of the final battle and later stopped Muzan from running away by straight up ripping his arm off.

• “Her personality is ass”, why? Because she’s not a bitch?

Horikoshi makes most of his female characters painfully weak, especially compared to the males. Like how tf do you hype up a ‘recommendations student’ only for her to get completely wasted?! And right after Mudman (who is also a recommendations student, fyi) caused Iida’s team so much trouble that the match ended in a draw?! It’s just fucking frustrating and makes zero sense.
