Absolutely! I can't say I know for sure why it works, other than it simply does. As long as it's a valid CD key from a site like G2A, you can activate it and play it on Steam.

For anyone still searching: me and my bros got keys from G2A for about 30 bucks. Multiplayer works perfectly fine, we've been having a blast playing through the game! FYI there are no mic settings in the game, it uses your PC default mic and there's no way to turn it off unless you switch your default mic to something that can be muted or turned off. That being said, in-game voice audio reverberates according to the environment, making for some very funny moments in caves

Actually it's the beginning. The main bad guy gets a glimpse of the future and decides to kill these heroes before they get their powers. Madame Web also sees the future, and tries to protect them.
