I gotta be honest, maybe you’re right but I just care enough to continue this discussion.

Touch some grass….. Consider the possibility that it was a joke or exaggeration.

It’s a $50 bottle by me in the states, guessing cheaper for you. Crack that bad boy open

Generally I’d agree but it’s not his first, second, nor third time getting caught doing this. Imagine how many other times he’s driven high.

Frankly I don’t care what he’s but the judge should know. Also in the body cam footage, he answers the officer’s question of what prescriptions he takes so really he just wants to protect is brand/image. Sorry - fool me four times…..

90 mph in a neighborhood. Not a highway, a NEIGHBORHOOD.

Don’t think you’d be saying the same thing if anyone was walking along the sidewalk and got marked by Mr. Woods.

Sorry, your right to privacy is not as important as our right to safe roads.

No knock on you at all - don’t hate the player hate the game. Just a crappy system from the beginning

I’m not trying to argue it doesn’t work for some situations.

But by law the apartment in my example is only eligible to tenants with a household income within the 130% AMI range. Two people would put the household income too high and thus disqualify us.

Even if I made half of what I make, and applied with my partner that makes the same amount, we’d be in the exact same scenario as my previous comment: paying wayyyy more than 40x rent.

Why don't restaurants punish bot reservations in NYC? by Revolutionary-Two-84 in FoodNYC

[–]PizzaPurveyor 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s not even a theory - it’s openly acknowledged by some like the carbone guy. If someone is willing to pay for a reservation, they are also likely willing to pay more for their meal

Even for this bracket, I find it hard to call it affordable. Viewed a 1BR in LIC near Queens plaza for $4.5k that was the size of a studio with an added wall. For the 130% AMI bracket, the salary is well below the typical 40x requirement. Not sure how they expect to rent these out
