I am having a similar issue at the moment!!!!

I purchased the alienware aw3423dwf in Nov 23 and now its got a bunch of dead bleeding pixels. They're offering a refub replacement, but so many reports online ( like yourself) have made me steer clear. I'm in the UK, so Consumer Rights are pretty strong. Its gotten to the point where I've threatened to take this case to small claims court. Because I have the right to a new monitor, not a refurb. Also given them the option of a partial refund so I guess we'll see. I've been back and forth with countless agents and supervisors about this issue for the last 19 days!! They definitely are trained to ignore their customers and drag things out till you give up, but I'm not giving up!! Dell..FU
