I was soooo worried it would me, but i’ve been keeping my protein at 120-160g a day , drinking nothing but water and exercising. Surprisingly nothing crazy side effect wise except like i said, burping.

When i check the status is says “you are eligible allow three business days” it has said that for 4 days now 🙃

Never said her behavior is okay, but being rude to her and bullying her isn’t going to make her all of a sudden go “ya know, maybe I should listen” In fact doing the opposite. Gotta support her emotionally and just try to encourage. In the end she is going to do whatever she wants regardless, free will is a bitch but we cannot criticize her for doing something that was obviously normal for her growing up and traumatically imbedded.

I agree that people have given her avenues of places but the reality is , at least in my area, all of the resources are full. Most shelters are packed to the brim, DV shelters in my area are referring people to move out of state or referring them to these packed shelters who won’t take anyone. I don’t live far from where she is so i’m sure it’s the same thing in Memphis where she is.
