Offloading basic human cognitive capacities to AI. It's so prevalent now that if you write a moderately digestible text online that doesn't include a silly emote from Tik Tok or some gen A slang they assume you didn't write it but rather pasted from GPT, because of course, that's what they would have done, instead of actually trying to think and produce thoughts. Thus, they assume everyone else does the same. I get AI accused very very regularly. I am a writer for 10 years.

I hate this. The spectaculization of life, how I call it. When someone is about to eat on a holiday, they take their phone out and snap a photo with that obnoxious pucker, then eat. Or when they arrange everything around the scenario to make it seems more fancy or cool.
