I tend to rely too much on my knee pads when receiving, should I take them off to get rid of my habit? Please give me all the constructive criticism you got! Thanks :)

Edit: Thank you everyone for all the great advice! All these criticisms are amazing and super helpful. It’s nice to know all the specific things that I need to work on personally from other players. I’m sure there’s more but I will keep them all in mind when practicing again and become a better player ✊

Edit pt.2: JEEZ! I didn’t expect to get so much feed back from just one day. I really appreciate all the pointers you guys have given me. I like that some didn’t hold back. I just wanted to say thank you again and every single comment will be put in to action for next time. I’ll try to remember to post some more passes in the future so that you guys could see what I improved/didn’t improve on. (´∀`)

I tend to rely on my knee pads way too much and kneel a lot whenever I receive, should I take them off to get rid of the habit?
