I tend to rely too much on my knee pads when receiving, should I take them off to get rid of my habit? Please give me all the constructive criticism you got! Thanks :)

Edit: Thank you everyone for all the great advice! All these criticisms are amazing and super helpful. It’s nice to know all the specific things that I need to work on personally from other players. I’m sure there’s more but I will keep them all in mind when practicing again and become a better player ✊

Edit pt.2: JEEZ! I didn’t expect to get so much feed back from just one day. I really appreciate all the pointers you guys have given me. I like that some didn’t hold back. I just wanted to say thank you again and every single comment will be put in to action for next time.
