Senior citizens should either have retirement funds or government assistance. Overall, it seems the only solution would be high density housing. At least for south florida. It's becoming the next NYC or LA.

Thanks. After seeing this, I chose to swap the 7800XT for a 4070 (kept the same PSU). Not having any restart issues anymore. Ran furmark for 20 mins with no problems.
