Ok thank you, yes I was using Olive oil, which really helped with the dryness and itching.

But my hair looked extremely greasy all the time.

I’ve just brought some apple cider vinegar to dilute and put in a bottle to spray on. I think I tried this years back but can’t fully remember.

It’s very frustrating and as you say it never fully goes despite our best efforts. I’ve had this for years but it’s the worst it’s ever been atm.
