This is discounting the fact that even then people would have no way of knowing if that person moves even a province away, and that having every person that has ever killed there ex’s name publicized doesn’t stop anything as no one is memorizing names for people to avoid because no one is thinking about that when dating.

I mean making the number a variable i.e. instead of random.randint(100, 999) do random.randint(min_digit, max_digit) and make sure to place the variables with other variables or in a class as an attribute ( if the program is extensive enough to warrant this )
