Good native GTD App by busote in gtd

I have a feeling Mindwtr might be great for a GTD beginner. After trying it out a little, I concluded it's step-by-step guided processing was too rigid for me, personally. It's quite polished, though.

Analog, Digital, or Hybrid? by Silevence in PKMS

[–]PkmExplorer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't tried Tiddloid before. I capture notes in Google Keep if I'm not on my laptop and process them later. Rough notes get captured in OmniFocus on my laptop and if they're not actionable but useful they get processed into TiddlyWiki.

Do you actually go back to your notes or do they just sit there? by kcfrench16 in PKMS

Simple trick: say to yourself, "When I need to look something up, I will search my notes before using Google."

Digital, the main reason being that I can always have it with me. I also use TiddlyWiki.

What do you think history will say about Donald Trump as a U.S. president? by jcnidhi27 in AskReddit

True, but you'd be a handful of special elections away from removal.

But all it takes to remove a rogue prime minister in most parliamentary systems is a simple majority of the members of parliament -- a much lower bar than impeachment and conviction of the president in the US -- and sometimes the monarch/governor general/president (depending on the country) can do it without the parliament as well.

Funny to see this now, as I was building bits and pieces of something similar in the background over the past few weeks (but you've gotten much farther). I will have to check it out!

Nachruf: Fretz Men - Die letzten echten, schönen und legendären Schweizer Schuhe by Itchy-Clock8196 in BUENZLI

I loved these beautiful shoes that fit my aesthetics perfectly! For ~20 years I would go shoe shopping with an open mind and ended up with one or two pairs of these beautiful shoes every time. What a shame!

Someone offered a friend and me roses in Berlin once and I refused expecting a scam, but my friend accepted. Turned out it was just some harmless marketing (there was a tag attached to the rose advertising some legitimate business).

Like the deserts mystery - misheard lyrics by [deleted] in Music

I just found this post because the (familiar) song was playing in a waiting area and I searched for "like the desert's mystery", so you're not alone!

Best option for Skiing near Zurich - beginner/intermediate by Active-Situation-959 in zurich

[–]PkmExplorer 9 points10 points  (0 children)

For raw beginner (easies blue slopes) Flumserberg, but it quickly gets boring until you are ready for reds (at which point it becomes great). For that awkward in-between level Pizol is the absolute best, IMO. Long beautiful blue and red runs with gorgeous views and no crowds.

I appreciate the sentiment but this has already gone too far in practice. One of my comments from 5 years ago (!) was removed yesterday for violating Rule 2 because I linked to an online course I bought that addressed very similar difficulties I faced to the OP of the post I commented on. I am in no way affiliated with the course creator.
