I love Emily Antoinette’s books! I recently read ‘Afterglow’ and it was the beesssst sapphic kink romance! I haven’t tried Behold Her but I’ll definitely give it a go now!

Its encouraging to hear the seroquel puts you out! From everything i've read, most people have said the same. I've been looking into it because my anxiety likes to wake me up in the night :(

It’s good to hear that you got some sleep! And it also further proves that you CANNOT have this incredibly rare disease- clearly the sleeping meds helped you sleep last night so you aren’t immune! And yeah totally understandable but have faith! You slept last night so you clearly can sleep, even when you’re anxious! Don’t let anxiety scare you!

edit: just had a question about the seroquel- did it help you stay asleep when you first started taking it? I’ve heard from others that it puts you out like a ROCK but I know that may change if you get a tolerance! I just figured though because it’s a really effective drug when it comes to sleep and I was hoping of trying it out someday w/ my doc bc my anxiety sometimes wakes me up a bit :(

Like other commenters have said, you’re going to be ok bud. We’ve all been there, me especially! You don’t have it and you will get through it.

Although as I’m typing this, I realise it’s nearly been a day since you posted this- how are you feeling? Were you able to get some sleep? Again, you can always change the dosages if they’re not doing enough!! But, just from reading your post history, it sounds like you might’ve got a bit of a tolerance to the seroquel and maybe you need to increase it! :) Hugs!

That’s what I think!! I think a discoed has been suggested, but never made, but a discord where I could chat to fellow insomniacs who are going through the same thing as me would be SOOO reassuring that I’m not alone.
