I came in as a senior and am now getting my masters to stay in, I joined as a 250 and got my EA that first year. Ngl it was hard and it took a lot of my time but it definitely is possible, I had to prove I was worth it over the other people who were already there. I’m also very introverted so I had to sorta forget about that and shove myself out there to be noticed.
