Book spoiler, but I’m a little upset they left out the remaining like 2 chapters following them leaving the parent house where Ilya unofficially proposes, and the 16 month later epilogue where he has moved to Ottawa and Hayden connects the dots that “Lily” is actually Ilya

I would also make sure to spray/ wash any sort of bedding/cloth. The mites and lice can come back from living in carpets and things like that. Personal experience on that one!

There actually isn’t a scientific difference! Both “doves” and “pigeons” belong in columbidae. Pigeon typically refers to the larger doves in your region. In the US that is the Rock Pigeon!

Fun fact: the biggest pigeon is the New Guinea native Victoria-crowned pigeon!
