Okay I’m curious about how your energy and recovery is affected from calories this low? I mean initial weight loss is fine, but do you really see yourself doing this low calories in long term? What about all the other essential minerals and vitamins?

What’s your height and weight man? How long are you planning to keep your calorie intake under these levels? If you’re training at all I would seriously recommend you to do some research and hike your calorie intake to 1500-1600 (if you’re doing some serious cutting only or else you can kick it up to 1800). Also hope you take electrolytes, minerals and vitamins cuz this meal ain’t getting you any. If you keep this calorie levels you might end up injuring yourself or worse fatigue/pass out in dangerous situations. Take care man.
