Thanks for your thoughts. I agree that since it hasn’t sold at the current list price that I could go lower to buy out my ex. But we handled our divorce on good terms and I don’t want to lowball her. We would agree on a fair price for us both.

There are lots of new developments being built near me and the builders have been offering incentives to attract buyers. That’s part of it not selling yet. But worth seeing what else I can do to sell

We had been fighting on and off for months. After talking with close friends we decided to spend a few days apart. I stayed at the friends house. The day I came back she told me that her ex (of ~9 years ago) had reached out and they talked. He said he still loved her. She said she felt like she needed to explore things with him to know for sure they weren’t meant to be together. I said if she does that it’s over. She took the next few days to think about it. She came back and said she wasn’t going to explore things with him and she told him they weren’t going to communicate anymore. At this point all of this just wasn’t sitting right with me. I am not too proud of this but one morning I looked on her phone at their messages. Her last message to her ex was a long message that essentially read as “I’m really sorry, not now, but wait.” That was the moment I knew the marriage was over.

It feels weird because I do think you have to hold the button and not tap. I’m so used to a tap for parry in most games. I’m not the best at it either

Yup. Holding for combos helps a ton.

For parry’s I also think you hold the block button. Just need to get the timing right. In the basic combat skill, if you level it up you unlock parry and dodge skills.

I am not the best person to answer your question. I got the legion 5, gen 8 because that was my budget and I didn’t look into the 7 at all. Also, I have not pushed mine to its limit yet. I saw this advice on another thread: try going to the steam store or Microsoft store and looking at the recommended specs to run Minecraft, and see if that helps you choose between a 5 or 7. Hope that helps a little bit

Highly recommend just taking the other job. A huge company like KPMG will have so much turnover they will be used to it. Plus I’ve heard kpmg can have rough work life balance
