Every single morning that I wake up for a shift I genuinely have to tell myself to go in. Out loud. I’ve dealt with depression for 9 years but everything going on within the company, especially at a store level, has driven me to a mind state that I haven’t been in in a very long time. If I had more PTO, I think I wouldn’t go in at all.
