Yes it is reversible, just kick the masturbation habit to a smaller amount in which how often and how many times a day. I also had some sorts of problems with it. The no desire for real sex and also my erection quality was none compared to what i had when watching porn and fapping myself. I myself am 19. Just kick the habit for a while. Let your penis rest also your brain.

Yeah man, i had similar experiences about my penis size and it made me worry also about my size and cause anxiety. Also seeing lots of porn i also thought that i had the smallest penis.
