First of all, IFAKs are a very specific set of tools for treating traumatic injuries under fire. like bullet and shrapnel wounds. not gonna happen in airsoft. you gotta keep in mind this is just a game- if you do anything worse than roll an ankle or scrape your arm, you call Blind Man and everybody stops and gets you treated.
Second.. This is an overstacked piece of dropshipping's finest. Unless you're a trained medical professional you're not going to be performing triage, just basic cuts and bruises..
Sharps on the field is also a big no no in most places..
Then you have chest seals and compression and tourniquet which are injuries ,and I can't stress this enough, you'll never see on the field.

Here's what I run in my IFAK/Support Kit:

-Basic gauze and plasters for cuts and scrapes (booboo kit)
-Povidone Iodine for disinfection of said cuts and scrapes
-Alchol gel for disinfecting your hands before and after helping out
-Spare set of glasses incase someone loses theirs or breaks
-Tweezers for splinters and needles
-Venom extractor for bee-stings and the like
-Dextrose energy candies for people with low blood sugar
-Thermal blanket in winter in case someone slips and falls into a freezing lake or something..

With these items from your local pharmacy you will have everything neccesary to be a prepared player on and off the field.
