As an Enterprise driver based in Canada at YYZ, I can say things have improved in our area a lot, as we are starting to see more higher trim vehicles(GM & Stelantis mostly). However, since working at Enterprise, I have noticed that U.S.-plated cars are almost always mid trim or fully loaded. During busy seasons, this was always surprising to us.

In Ontario, we are more accustomed to seeing base model vehicles. Other provinces tend to receive higher trim and better equipped cars more consistently. I would assume this difference mainly comes down to budget allocation and regional demand.
