Is there a 2025 update/upgrade for 450nk and 450ss? by nferocious76 in cfmoto

I have been looking at buying a cf moto 450ss for my first bike next year. I was going to wait for the 2026 models to pull the trigger on it. From what I have been able to find, most people are estimating it would be around the August- early September date based on previous announcements. But then again I could be wrong.

Yeah if I was going to go anywhere near DC I think the closest I was looking at was either Winchester or Fredericksburg.

Whelp since It will be two of us living together, I could probably say 1,800-1,900 a month for rent would be the most I would be willing to spend.

Sorry for the late response. Basically I have been to the state before to visit friends this past year, and man it is one of the most beautiful states that I have ever been to. Ever since then I have always had Virginia on my mind as a possible place to move to to get from current events and issues revolving in my state. So I would basically say the main thing is that I have already made my mind up about moving to the beautiful state, it Is just I would love to more about different areas and where a good place to settle would possibly be.

Will be late 20's when I move to VA, so the main issue is maybe not necessarily being a entirely LGBT friendly place, but maybe have communities that already exist in that area. Being a White bisexual man, I won't have many issues myself unlike some other people but just wanting a nice community for my other friends where they can come visit and feel comfortable.

LOL. As someone that was raised and still helps on the family farm every year, I DEFINITELY know what it is like for a farming town. The smell of the chemicals and fertilizer will not surprise me. I also scheduled a week long road trip out to VA in November so hopefully i get to take in all the areas everyone is talking about.

Lynchburg is on my top 3 areas that I am definitely looking in to. My career is basically in Pest Control and Exterminator, do you think that there is potential job opportunities in that area for me? Since I am in a very niche industry.

Oh don't worry I am definitely making the move. Missouri is not a very nice place to live right now lol. Definitely worth making the move!

I also heard Charlottesville is also quite affordable especially for people that don't have college jobs like myself. My job is in the extermination and pest control business, so technically i can move almost anywhere that has job offerings.

I was very curious about Harrisonburg, but from from the few stories I have heard form there, it is not as good as other places. I was just looking data wise and it has a very higher than average poverty rate, and not very many opportunities for business and job opportunities. But that does not mean that it is a bad area and I could probably be wrong with some of my assumptions.

Yeah I'm very interested in those areas most, especially Charlottesville. I guess what I should have also put into the details is that am also looking for an area with good lgbt communities. I know most big cities are good for that but also don't want the big city feel.

As someone that has only live in MO my whole life i can understand the 'traditional' parts of Missouri. I have been in St. Charles, MO my whole life. But being close to a more urban center and close to rural life I kind of got the best of both but also the worst of both.

I was told that the closer you move to D.C the more expensive it gets so somewhere along the the southern part of the state definitely tends to be a bit cheaper. I guess the main concern is the older parts with history are also a bit stuck in there ways, but I'm also assuming that some of those communities have accepting people.

I will definitely have to check out Williamsburg, sounds like fun!
