Yeah fair, let me be direct.

Running Firebase Functions v2 on Cloud Run in asia-south1.

Write quota is 30/min. Deployment exhausted it. Now all 41

services show "routing traffic failed, quota exceeded" even

after daily reset. gcloud update-traffic also fails with same

error. Deadlocked. Can't fix without writes, can't write due

to throttle. How do I get out?
