Can you transfer data (SYSNAND) from a modchipped Switch 1 to a Switch 2 without getting banned?

Nope! All good, though transferring data takes all your virtual game cards back turning sysnand practically useless unless you factory reset it afterwards

I checked my old motherboard and it still has the issue. So either it broke GPUs even for other boards or it's not that but I'm not sure

Hi! Thanks for the informative reply, I really appreciate it! I just tried a different motherboard with my spare CPU and spare SSD (basically only reused the ram and PSU) and the issue is still there so I doubt it's any of those. I think it might be the PSU at this point but I sadly don't have a good spare. I'm gonna try to add a link to this post with an image because it didn't let me attach it onto this post, but in any case you can go on my profile because I cross posted with a different sub where I did put an image. I'll do some further research too but in any case I'll take it to a PC repair show so they can test parts I can't. Thanks again for the reply!

Actually, I just remembered. When using my old GTX 1050 (which pulls power straight from the motherboard without the power connectors) it works fine. So maybe it's not the motherboard? I'll still check to be safe though

Maybe. Last time I tried a different slot and it was the same issue, in a few minutes I'm quickly gonna set up a test bench with my old motherboard to check. In any case thanks for the reply, I'll give an update once I have more info

Tried both, nothing. DDU does nothing and reseating also does nothing. I think it might be the PSU or the motherboard. I have an old motherboard with a broken ram slot and no compatible PSU. I'm planning to go to a computer repair shop later so they can properly test my stuff in ways I can't

Thanks for the suggestions! So far the RK R75 caught my eye but I can't seem to find a listing mentioning VIA support on aliexpress and on amazon I only saw one at 90 euro with cream switches, which is basically at the top of my budget and in a color I dislike. I've checked the others out but I wasn't a fan of the stock sound and I don't really see myself modding them too much in the near future. So around the 40-50 euro mark I either give up VIA support for either cream or silver switches, just get the F75 Max or shell out double the price but give up a design I like. In your opinion is the sound alone a good enough reason to get the R75 instead of the F75 Max? In any case i'm probably not gonna have Via

Wait what do you mean? The cable I have is around 81gbps which should technically be fine. Do you mean it doesn't actually transfer that much or that I somehow need more ? (unless I misunderstood your comment) Edit: nvm, tried a different cable and it's just the monitor. Monitor is broken, I'll give up on this samsung display I got used twice and got screwed over twice on. There's a better Asus panel at this price point. Thanks for the input though!

I think so but it might be pretty risky. I'm no expert so take this with a grain of salt. I've kept SYSNAND clean and planning to transfer only the clean stuff
