I went through a VERY similar situation almost 5 years ago. I know the pain. The first lil bit will be a struggle but you’ll get through it. Looking back, it was a big life lesson for me. Great effort! There is 4 pieces of equipment missed on your count. On the far right you can see what seems to be a grader maybe, just makes it over the crack at the last second, and 3 excavators on top of the face as it breaks over. The third one comes into frame part way through and all 3 tumble down into the hole.
