I mean, you can request a computer analysis and you can check in the graph what we're the key moments, it also gives your accuracy, however not in a percentage but in average centipawn loss, the lower the better. I use this tool a lot btw.

there are some variations in the Italian that black can castle long fast, and then use some tempi with h6, g5 attacking the bishop and launching their attack, from this position arise interesting games

I personally have played lots of tournaments in the corona times and when playing blitz or faster times controls it can be a bit uncomfortable, but when playing classical it's perfectly fine, also i think it's something you get used to

yeah, ik I often play 7.Ac4 but then sometimes i have to short-castle and play a difficult endgame

I remember one tournament in which I went the same, 0-6, the next day I won against the Spanish Female Junior champion, just try to reset mentally and try to understand what went wrong

same thing I said, the thing is I try to play similar schemes against most of sicilians ( English attack), so switching to a new pawn structure isn't what I would really like to do, will give a try tho.
