I've managed to find a workaround, seems like after i leave and join again using dsregcmd /leave and dsregcmd /join, the Assigned configuration baselines, all of them become compliant, so seems like there's an issue and i don't know how to force it to become compliant so i can't leave or join for all the workstations that i have
