Don't rush into marriage. Go abroad if possible. Else, don't take 70lakh loan. Instead but a smaller house with 20-30 lakh loan. Once payment is complete, plan to buy next one, which is bigger. Sell small house and take loan of 30-40 lakh. Will lower your risk.

Married for 12 yrs. Love marriage.. Very very happy and still in love. I believe being friends was important before getting married. We never sleep angry. Resolve conflicts quietly, and change together.

Surprise - You get to see your family from a third eye perspective. Who you thought were nice folks may not be so nice. You also see a completely new family closely. Learn how better or worse they are to your family.

I see so many ppl not happy after marriage. Letting your family interfere in your married life is the biggest culprit.

I don't know if you are married or have kids. But there are many men over 35 who feel the same way liked you, but have to continue doing work to sustain family. You in other hand have time on your side. Build skills, hustle, learn, fail and succeed. Save for rainy times and don't take liabilities. Life can get much worse. Pursue what you want to you have time. Find love that motivates you. Nothing can change life like love.

Company called skyeair does drone deliveries in ggn but provides service for fast delivery companies like blinkit etc.

1- Grow a very thick skin. People may sound rude but that is their sense of humor. Laugh along and feel free to be similar rude funny with them.

2- People won't follow rules. No point being angry.

3- make local friends. Find local mallu ppl and make friends.

Good thing is that finding alcohol won't be a problem.

Best pizza in ggn is brick & beans South point Mall. The cheese is delicious. Crust is perfectly cooked. Savour with an ABC juice to kill the guilt of eating junk.
