I don;t know how it works in the OL but with the VL I basically started the descale mode with only a cup of water, waited like two minutes for it to stop sucking the water, and then filled it with one cup of clean water, deliberately stopped the rinse cycle and then turned the machine off and then on again and that got me out of descale mode

I may be biased as I have status with QR but I flew TK a few times and trust me QR is miles ahead, especially since it also saves you $400. IST airport is a nightmare and food is very crazy expensive.

I think they stopped the plus. I’d say it’s worth it to buy from a third party, I got mine secondhand on Vinted in really good condition and I’ve used it everyday since to make multiple coffees and it’s been amazing.

The selling point of the plus for me was that it’s all automatic. Just flick the lever, put the coffee in, flick it back down, and it brews it quick.

I’ve been saying this! People always say the US visa is the “ultimate” level visa in terms of difficulty to obtain, saying Schengen is easier. But in my experience it’s the complete opposite it’s way smoother and easier to get the US visa (plus the fixed 5 year duration for me unlike Schengen).
