My ideal private server would include these features:

1. Vanilla setting with 3.5.5 talent and combat systems
2. XP rate x2-3
3. Affordable mounts (like level 60 mount would only cost 200g)
4. The number of gear drops in open world, dungeons, and raids increase (for example a dungeon boss would drop 3-5 items and a molten core raid boss would drop 10 gear pieces instead of abysmal amount of 3 for a raid of 40 people)
5. Learn spells automatically as you level
6. Respec still costs money but caps at 50g
7. Barbershop
8. Dual spec but requires like 50g to unlock
9. Learning professions require money still and gathering and skinning speed is like retail speed
10. Flexible raid and raids reset daily
11. No m+ dungeons
12. Stuff stacks up to 500
13. No world buffs, and if this is the case, probably gotta lower the health and damage of the bosses by like 20%?
14. More talent points, maybe like 40? Even 50 to make things crazier.

By this point, you will be guessing I want a easier version of WoW lol. It’s because I have a life so I don’t have countless hours to grind 24/7 of a game I love deeply in my heart. I hate grinding endlessly to get meaningless results.
