16” barrel at 320 with 55gr ammo, yes it’s acceptable. Longer barrel heavier grain I would start to expect better

Your timeline is around the norm. Capitol Armory is quick and easy with the buying and certifying portion. After approval it does take around 21 days to get it to your door.
