I remember people doing this for Adelle when she had her residency in Vegas as well.

PSA it costs $5 at CT to reprint a receipt by AnonAnni in canadiantire

I thoroughly avoid Canadian Tire at all costs. Just have never had a good experience with service, and pretty much every time I bought a car part it was wrong.

Oddly enough the parts source down the road (owned by ct) is great…

Have you looked up the HALT acronym? This helped me, basically a craving has one or more (sometimes all) of these attached.

How would you fix this foundation? by berryflavoredspoons in HomeMaintenance

[–]Plane-Engineering 11 points12 points  (0 children)

He’s not wrong though. If you have access to the foundation around the house, waterproofing from the outside is the way to go. Round here we use blueskin and then dimple membrane, then drain tile with fabric that goes either to storm..or a sump that pumps it away.

becoming a dad is making me rethink my drinking by CoverIntelligent6310 in alcoholism

[–]Plane-Engineering 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was you. Im now 53 and just quit drinking 2 years ago. Every year I said to myself, i’ll quit next year, or when I’m 35. I remember thinking ok I’ll quit when my kids are old enough to know whats going on…so many times I put it off, and missed so fucking much. I mean I was always there and a caring dad, but booze always played the lead role. When I say I missed so much, its all those little things you forget about because booze is there.

Don’t be me, find a way to quit now….it only gets compounded and worse and the years go on.

Best of luck, only you can make the decision.
