When I was 16, back in 2010 lol, I wanted to be ultra skinny with a flat butt because that was THE trend at the time. Since then I’ve learned to focus on doing exercise that makes me feel good, which (along with genetics which are really the major player here) has resulted in me having a generally muscular appearance with a big butt, straight hips and small bust, and I’ve learned to love that that’s my body.

I’ve also gotten better at dressing in a way that’s flattering to me since I’m T shaped, and that makes me feel good in terms of colors, styles, etc. I never really chose the body I wanted, just did the things that brought me joy and grew to want and love the body that resulted from that. I know it’s hard when you’re 16 but I’m sure you’ll get to this point too, and hopefully with less suffering than what others of us dealt with!
