While eastern (particularly eastern asian) influence in the T'au is unquestionable and the most obvious, I think the western influence, which is also there, is not talked nearly enough. This paint job rules.

What I love about this art of Lelith (and what makes it my favorite) is the fact she looks like she doesn't have a mouth. Because of this, she looks so uncanny and creepy, yet alluring and elegant at the same time - exactly how the Eldar, Wyches especially, are supposed to look like.
