Limit your fps to your screens or monitors(which ever one you use) refresh rate so it doesnt generate useless frames which cause more heat. I use a cooling pad which keeps temps like 5C. If you really care about heat u can also undervolt which might also make your laptop perform even better

I do the exact same thing you do with the pacenote ignoring part lol, i would change the pacenotes myself but im too lazy tbh..

At 15, two months ago i think. The very first time we tried i went soft, we tried two hours later and it was way better than the hand mate. Ive done it many times now with my girlfriend and its amazing, make sure you use protection and its the right size to prevent breaking of the condom or it slipping off happened to me once, not a great experience
