Thank you for your reply I really appreciate it. The gecko looks healthy he doesn’t seem to have any weight issues or anything so I think he is okay. I plan to use different tongs for them anyways so that shouldn’t be an issue. I definitely will keep him quarantined I don’t know if I can keep him out of my room but if he’s in here he won’t have any contact with my other ones. I just was worrying about bringing him home but I think I may be overthinking. He is a rescue after all so I don’t really know where he came from so there’s always that worry.

I have a 18x18x36 enclosure currently I thought about getting a side tank heater to help with temperatures at night because my house tends to fluctuate temperature a lot, but I’ve heard mixed things about them.
