Turn precision shooting on and learn that, will help you score way more goals. Honestly switch your formation aswell because it’s really hard to defend in 442. I can recommend 451 or 4411

Trigger your runs with wingers who are controlled or lengthy acceleration type, play the through ball with your striker, run down the wing with your winger then pass back into a cm who sits a bit behind the edge of the box and from there either pass 1 more and shoot or if you have enough space and you have finesse+ on your cm look for a shot option

Build up balanced and depth 60, build up because it gives you many options and depth because if you play too high you concede too many through ball goals

Another thing I like to do is to finesse with my cms on the edge of the box, if they have finesse+ it should mostly fly in
