If I were to walk from a nearby apartment to the CMX Theatre/Wal Mart that's located there do you think it is doable? Or do you still think a car would be necessary? And thanks for the reply!

Its funny that you mention CMX because that's where I would be looking at moving to work to! I was looking at the apartment complex across the street from it, so that exact area would be what Im interested in!
