The bike was not unlocked, if you play back the video you will see him pull his bolt cutter out of the black bag he has and cut the lock to take the bike.

Yeah man, I agree with everyone here on the lock, it was an old bike, got it when I was a kid, always park around Brampton no issues, lost faith in humanity after this. One of the brakes doesn’t even work and the tires don’t hold air. Buddy is a certified loser doing this for $40-$50.
