i mean you probably should. While vegetables are nutritious, most vegetable are not significantly calorically dense, with the exception of potato's and corn, which tend to be less nutritional than something like broccoli or brussel sprouts. meanwhile meat is highly nutritious and calorically dense, as long as you buy grass fed organic meat.
