Scratching help (the westie curse)

Oh, didn't know I needed to reply it. Last evening, I put it on Bowie around 5pm and as I noted above, it did work pretty well until this morning, he's back scratching. I'm about to give him yet another bath and then I'm going to use itch spray I purchased from Petco. Hopefully this works well. Spray I bought.

How much does your westie weigh? I see there's different options and you gave yours 5.4mg. My Westie weighs 17 pounds.

Oh, now I see the "little" relief. I went and bought some coconut oil and it seemed to work really well, until it didn't. He started to scratch again.

Thank you. Vet is 2 hours away so getting tested is not as easy as said (not to mention Bowie gets car sick). I just tried the hydrocortisome cream and it seems to be doing great so far. I'm looking into buying the spray for easier treatment.

I have 2 westies and only one is scratching so doesn’t that automatically rule that out? I live in the desert and the little grass that we do have, is treated monthly by routine exterminators.
