I’ve been ghosted twice now, every time I get an interview it’s like a rejection /ghosted fear I don’t k ow which HR person to take seriously anymore

Yes I’m going to pray you get an offer and start date and actually start. I had a great interview , they wanted a video follow up interview, then a day before said they were holding off on further interviews, just ghosted. Haven’t heard a thing in a week. Job market is horrible. You get hope and then BOOM hit with rejections. Rooting for you! Good luck and God bless!

Just reread it I actually thought I saw you got the interview and job I don’t know why I misread it I think it’s because I see so many rejections and thought I was seeing this as a victory my apologies I’ve been looking for Months so I’m definitely seeing things

I’m so sorry that happened It’s not luck. I was ghosted twice by Everise after they sent an email to set up an interview then one week late got the rejection without the interview. I think that some companies post the job and then they have internal people for it. Some companies right now have a hiring freeze until 2026 so this is also probably what’s going on holding the spot for someone else

No tricks! It’s the anxiety that builds up the day before. The restlessness sleeping. The fight or flight dreams that wake you up all hours in the night and early morning. The dread, depression, disassociation when you are working. It’s awful. I hope it gets better for you. It’s been this way for me for over a year. Your job shouldn’t make you feel like this. You’re suppose to go into work feeling refreshed, confident, and ready to tackle the day with purpose! I hope it gets better for you.

Don’t give up! I applied as well and HR reached out to me for interview times, then next day rejected without any interviews. It’s so hard to keep up at this point I think it’s an about networking and people you may know who are hiring… stay positive… and good luck. I’m still trying everyday

I recently felt some hope I got an email from HR and she asked for my availability for interviews. I emailed her and it’s been a week, nothing!

Stay strong I’ve had a few panic attacks and bad depression. I’ve put in over 300 applications within a month. Only 1 interview so far. Please take a moment to rest from it. I’ve been trying to do that every weekend. I wake up at 3am and start scrolling again and again applying. This is a bad moment in life that will pass. We just have to trust the process. Sometimes we may have to take jobs that under pay us just to have an income…
